In October 2024, reports said NeoLiv bought about 12 acres in Alibaug, with room to extend to 20 acres. The plan is premium villas and plots, with an estimated sales value above ₹400 crore. The site is about 20 minutes from Mandwa Jetty.
The project name, sizes, prices, launch date and RERA number have not been announced. Treat this as an early listing and do not pay a booking amount until a MahaRERA number is available.
