Embassy is a Bengaluru-based group with large office, retail and residential projects. Its residential arm has now brought its first project to Alibaug, at Thal, a short distance from the ferry side of the coast.
The project is small and low-rise. It has 52 homes in five towers, and more than half the land stays open. The podium has no cars, so the area between towers is for walking and play. Sizes run from about 1,740 to 2,060 sq ft.
Reports say the project was approved by MahaRERA in February 2026, and possession is targeted for 2030. Ask us for the registration number before you pay anything.
