For many years Alibaug meant a bungalow or a plot. That is changing. Builders are now offering studios, 1 BHK and 2 BHK flats at prices that a first-time second-home buyer can reach, and some towers sit right inside large beach townships.
An apartment is easier to look after than a villa. The building handles security, lifts, water and common areas, so you can lock the door and leave. That matters when you live in Mumbai or Pune and visit only on weekends.

Towers inside a large township, with a beach, a jetty and shared clubs close by. They cost more, but they feel like a holiday resort.

UpcomingThal & LonareA 40-acre tie-up between HoABL and NITCO. Plans include apartments, townhouses and a boutique hotel, with possession targeted around 2030.
