New LaunchThalA low-rise project of 52 homes at Thal. Some listings mention a 4 BHK penthouse of about 5,200 sq ft at around ₹10.79 crore. Confirm availability and price with the builder.

Under ConstructionVarasoliOnly 18 duplex homes spread over roughly 20 acres, so every home gets a lot of room. Listings show a June 2027 handover. It is sold as a fully serviced, ultra-premium home.
Under ConstructionMulshet84 villas on about 25 acres, which keeps the layout thin and private. The clubhouse has a lazy river, a spa and a squash court. Mandwa Jetty is about 20 minutes away.
UpcomingAlibaugVillas by Aroha Estates with a mini theatre, skating rink and meditation pod planned. Sizes and prices are not out yet. Handover is expected around December 2030.
New LaunchNagaonA gated project of about 11.8 acres with patio and courtyard villas. The 4 BHK courtyard villa is the larger option. The beach is around 1.5 km away.
